Local Offer & SEN information report

What is the Local Offer?

The Government has asked all Local Authorities in the UK to publish, in one place, information about the services and provision they expect to be available in their area for children and young people from 0 to 25 who have Special Educational Needs and/or a Disability (SEND).

You can access the Local offer by clicking on the link below.

Schools are required to produce an SEN Information Report.  The school SEN information report is a document which shows parents and prospective parents how Bishop Martin supports children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).  This document will be reviewed if/when there are significant changes within school.  The school SEN report will assist parents of children with SEN and/or disabilities so they can make informed choices about their child's education.

The flipbook below is our SEN information report which outlines the support that we offer in our school and the links with other agencies.  It is a legal requirement to provide a SEN report which is updated regularly.

If you require paper copies of our Local Offer or our SEN report, please ask a member of office staff and this can be provided free of charge.
